A joint MCPS and PRS for Music licence has been obtained for the 'Lange presents Intercity' podcast, covering both performing and mechanical rights. In accordance with instructions from the PPL, permission of the copyright owner is required for all recordings used in podcasts. (This applies to anyone who wishes to include music in a podcast).
